When does the redemption start and end?

The redemption of the three-month and one-month limited-term subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals, Acrobat Standard DC and Substance 3D begins on October 2, 2023 and ends on August 31, 2025. Any codes redeemed before September 1,2023 will expire.

To view the full list of eligible products, please read the Eligible Products section on the promotion website. Product purchase before September 1,2023 are not eligible for redemption.

The Adobe Creative Cloud offer from ASUS is available in regions where Adobe makes Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals, Acrobat Standard DC and Substance 3D available to end users. This means purchases of eligible products in regions where Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals, Acrobat Standard DC and Substance 3D are not available do not qualify for this offer. No, you may use an existing Adobe account to redeem the offer.

Yes, if you already have an existing subscription for Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals or Adobe Acrobat Standard DC or Adobe Substance 3D, an additional three months or one month will be added and will be activated after your current subscription has ended. If you have another Creative Cloud subscription that is not for Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals (such as for an individual app or the Photography Plan) then your complimentary three-month or one-month subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals will also be added and will be activated after that subscription is ended.​

Yes, a user is eligible to redeem either a three-month or a one-month subscription up to two times. Only one subscription will be provided for each eligible ASUS product.

At the end of the three-month and the one-month subscription term, users may continue to access Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps for Individuals or another Creative Cloud product by purchasing a subscription at the current price. You can redeem the complimentary Adobe membership via the redemption page on the official ASUS website. Just fill in the product serial number and upload a copy of the sales invoice.

Terms and Conditions

As a special thank you for purchasing a ASUS device, ASUS has teamed up with Adobe to provide a three-month and one-month limited term subscription to “Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual, Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and Adobe Substance 3D” (the “Offer”). Before claiming the Offer, you should understand the terms and conditions governing this promotion (“Offer Terms”). The Offer Terms are in addition to ASUS’s Terms of Use Notice and Privacy Policy (our “Standard Terms”) governing your use of the ASUS services. You must create an account with Adobe and accept the Adobe Terms of Use to be eligible for this Offer. By claiming the Offer, you agree to these Offer Terms in addition to our Standard Terms. Capitalized terms used here but not defined have the meaning given to them in our Standard Terms. ASUS and Adobe reserve the right to terminate this Offer at any time.
1. HOW TO PARTICIPATE.
User shall purchase one (1) new and eligible ASUS product (refurbished products are not included) during the Promotion Period as defined below to participate in the Offer and claim either one (1) complimentary access to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual subscription, Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and Adobe Substance 3D for three (3) months or one (1) complimentary access to Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, Individual subscription, Adobe Acrobat Standard DC and Adobe Substance 3D for one (1) month. User may only claim one (1) Offer per Order (irrespective of the number of the eligible ASUS product ordered). This Offer can be combined with other, simultaneously running offers from ASUS or Adobe. The User shall become a member of ASUS, log in an ASUS account and submit the serial number, the check number and the invoice of the purchased product to redeem the Offer. Once the eligibility is proved, the User will be directed to a redemption portal on (additional terms and conditions apply), where User will be instructed to select the Order and log in with or create an Adobe account. Unclaimed Offer will not be reissued to User.
The Offer begins in Taiwan starting October 2, 2023 at 00:00 AM, GMT+8 and ends on August 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM, GMT+8 (“Promotion Period”).​
The Offer may be claimed between October 2, 2023 at 00:00 AM, GMT+8 and August 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM, GMT+8 (“Redemption Period”).
No substitution, transfer or cash equivalent of any Offer, except by ASUS, which reserves the right to substitute an Offer with one of comparable or greater value. Any taxes and any duties on the Offer are the User’s sole responsibility. If User returns the eligible ASUS product, the claim for an Offer will be invalidated, and User will not be entitled to claim or receive the Offer. This does not apply if User exercises its legal rights under the Consumer Rights laws because the eligible ASUS product is faulty.
If Users participate and claim the Offer without the purchase of one (1) new and eligible ASUS product and cannot prove their eligibility of the Offer and authenticity of the proof of purchase, ASUS and Adobe reserve the right to take legal action for fraud at any time.
