Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation Requests
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.
- Pre-orders, special orders, and backorders cannot be cancelled.
Convenience Fee
- The convenience fee charged on orders is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the buyer.
- If the order is cancelled by us, the complete order amount will be refunded.
- A 6% convenience fee will be deducted from the refund for orders cancelled by the buyer before shipping.
Same Day Delivery
- Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be cancelled.
Special Occasion Offers
- No cancellations are entertained for products obtained for special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore, cancellations are not possible.
Pre-Order Items
- ITGadgetsOnline does not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, replacements can be made if the customer establishes that the condition of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.
Product Condition Complaints
- If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must notify our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Manufacturer Warranty Issues
- For complaints regarding products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer. ITGadgetsOnline believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy.
Return Requests
- Orders can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the product’s box seal remains intact.
- A 15% cancellation fee will be applied to the refund.
- Refunds usually take 7-12 working days to reflect in your account.
Replacement Requests
- We accept replacement requests only if the product delivered by us is damaged, the wrong product was sent, the product is dead on arrival, or the product is defective.
- Buyers have 2 days (or 4 days for complete PC sets) after delivery to inform us of any issues to claim a return or replacement. If the product seal is opened and the product is not faulty, returns will not be accepted.
- Issues must be reported either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.
Refund Process
- If payment was made through our payment gateway, it will be refunded to the same account. For BANK TRANSFER or UPI orders, refunds will be made to the buyer’s bank account. Refunds usually take 7-12 working days to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Charges
- A 6% convenience fee will be deducted for orders cancelled by the customer after placing the order and if product has not reached to the customer.
Packaging Material
- Buyers should retain the packaging material until the replacement window closes, as it will help pack the product in its original form to avoid any damage during transit.
