Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Marketing Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are entered into by and between ITGadgetsOnline.com (“Mek Peripherals India Private Limited”) and you (“Affiliate”). By participating in our affiliate marketing program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you should not participate in the affiliate program.
- Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:
To become an affiliate, you must submit an application through our website and agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to reject or terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at our sole discretion. - Affiliate Links and Promotion:
Upon approval, you will be provided with unique affiliate links and promotional materials to promote our products/services on your website, social media channels, or other marketing channels. You may not use spam or unethical marketing methods to promote our products/services. - Commissions and Payment:
You will earn a commission of 0.9% on qualified sales made through your affiliate links. The commission rate and eligible products/services will be provided in the affiliate dashboard. Comissions are Calculated Based on Sales from Whole Month and Payment is done in the Next upcoming month. All commission payments are subject to a minimum payout threshold of ₹1000. The Payments will be done in the First Week of Every Month. 5% of the TDS Taxes will be Deducted During the Payout - Affiliate Responsibility:
As an affiliate, you are responsible for ensuring that your affiliate links are properly formatted and functional on your website or marketing channels. You are also responsible for accurately disclosing your relationship with us as an affiliate when promoting our products/services. - Prohibited Activities:
You may not engage in any of the following activities:
- Use of unauthorized coupon codes or deals not provided by us.
- Bidding on our branded keywords or variations of them in pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
- Violation of any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright and trademark violations.
- Engagement in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.
- Affiliate Referral Period:
The referral period for earning commissions will be determined by the cookie duration which is 10 Days. Commissions will only be awarded for sales made during the referral period. - Termination:
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason by giving written notice. Upon termination, you will no longer earn commissions for any sales generated through your affiliate links. - Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and it is your responsibility to review the updated terms. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms. - Limitation of Liability:
We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the affiliate program.
By enrolling in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
